So the other home improvement thing was that I had to fix my retaining wall. This one's a little boring so I'll make it quick: the wall was leaning out and the city said to fix it, so I cut it to half height and made a little terrace. Violà.

It's not quite done yet. The corner (far right in that picture) needs a few blocks cut to specific lengths, which will be done over the holiday.

You didn't mention it, but you MUST have had some really good help tackling this huge job . . .

You said you would finish up over the holiday....were you meaning Christmas holiday???
Female golfer comes running up to the golf pro and says I was stung by a bee.  The Pro says where and she says between the first and second hole.  The Pro says Ah, you are standing too wide in your swing.
I think it's going to be a new record if Ackbar can stay away from a new posting for at least 3 more days.  We'll be in 2008.  And then he can post a new subject.  Maybe something we can make fun of.
