This lanparty had a much more optimal attendance. Mike and Dave Webb were our gracious hosts. The use of the huge basement was necessary for a gathering of this proportion. Other attendees were Aron Cochran, Erik Grubeman, Chris Kuehn, Adam Marriott, Peter Poole, Pat Richey, John Sipple, Jay Tamboli, and myself.
We got off to an early start, with the fragging beginning some time around 4pm, lasting until about 5am on Sunday. The game of the night was Unreal Tournament, with short ventures into Quake 3 Arena (hindered by the lack of updates for the Mac OS 9 version), and a wrap-up of Starcraft with the Marriott boys unleashing their unbeatable strategy.
The action was good all night long. The teams were fairly even each time we rearranged teams, so that made for intense gameplay the whole time.
