On Dec. 15, 2001, six young men convened in a basement for a night of fun, excitement, and junk food.
To kick off the night, we took a friendly group picture. You can see my hapless victims below. If anyone tells you otherwise, they're obviously lying to make up for some sort of inadequacies.
Now, I know what you're thinking. "But John, that doesn't look like any fun!" Well, you haven't seen us getting freak nasty yet.
The friendliness ended there. After the picture fun, we had a night full of Unreal Tournament, Quake 3 Arena, a little Myth II, and a failed attempt at Starcraft with some people not present at the party. Battlenet doesn't seem to like multiple people behind the same IP.
Honors from the night go to CmdrKuehn and makezImage, whose skills were enough to win almost every game of Capture the Flag.
